# International Shipping Terms and Conditions

8\. If the price of the goods exceeds the De Minimis provision (tax-free threshold) in each destination country, the Customer is required to bear the tax cost.

9\. Payment of Duty & Tax must be made by the recipient to the Customs authorities at the destination; if the recipient does not promptly pay the tax, storage charges will be imposed and must be paid by the Customer in accordance with the policies of each destination country.

10\. The De Minimis limit and Duty & Tax of each country may change at any time according to the policies of the respective government or the customs authorities of the destination country.

11\. Tax calculation is based per recipient. If in one day a recipient receives more than one STT/package, then all items will be accumulated for tax calculation, applicable to all countries.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.lionparcel.com/guides/guides-en/international-shipping-terms-and-conditions.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
