# Track Shipment

The Shipment Tracking Menu (Tracking STT) functions to monitor the status and travel history of a package based on its tracking number (STT). Through this feature, clients can find out the package's current location, estimated delivery time, and shipping activity information from the beginning until the package is received by the recipient.

This feature is one of the important elements in ensuring transparency and accountability in Lion Parcel's logistics process.

* “Track” Button\
  After the tracking number is entered, the user presses this button to display the shipping status and history.

Note: The tracking number is unique for each shipment and serves as the identification key for the package across the Lion Parcel system.

#### 2. General Shipment Information

* Print Tracking Number / Details Button: Quick access to print the tracking number or view more detailed shipping information.

#### 3. Shipping History (Timeline)

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.lionparcel.com/guides/guides-en/features/track-shipment.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
